Graduating from UCLA Dental School with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Crooks worked as a Dental Officer in the U.S. Airforce before establishing her practice in Sacramento, California.

Outside of dentistry Monica is a fine artist; exhibiting works in a multitude of galleries. She also enjoys traveling, singing, dancing and cycling.
